各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅（教委），新疆生产建设兵团教育局：
为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于“爱读书、读好书、善读书”的重要指示精神，全面落实党和国家对深化全民阅读活动的战略部署，推动《全民阅读促进条例》的科学实施，我部研究制定了教育行业标准JY/T 0663—2026《中国青少年阅读素养框架》，经全国教育装备标准化技术委员会审查通过，现予以发布，并自发布之日起施行。
特此通知。
