“智汇潇湘才聚湖南”2026年湖南省促进高校毕业生就业创业行动日前启动，湖南在全省及省外重点城市开展系列招聘引才、创业支持活动。省内设置全省综合性招聘主会场和3个招聘分会场，举行9个行业性专场招聘活动。在广州、杭州、重庆、北京、上海等省外城市开展定向招才。
打造集岗位归集、政策发布、服务办理、智能匹配、精准推送于一体的留湘来湘高校毕业生就业服务平台，建立常态化、规范化的岗位信息归集发布制度。截至目前，留湘来湘就业服务平台共归集7200余家单位、25.6万个招聘岗位。
